The correction window will remain open till 07 January 2026 up to 11:55 PM. The extension applies only to candidates who have already completed the FMGE December 2025 application process.
FMGE December 2025 Document Correction Window Details
NBEMS has allowed candidates of the FMGE December 2025 session to upload or correct deficient documents submitted earlier. This facility is strictly limited to document rectification and does not allow changes to other application details. Only candidates who uploaded incorrect or incomplete documents during the initial submission are eligible to use this extended correction window. Fresh applications or edits beyond document replacement are not permitted.
Documents Allowed for Correction in FMGE December 2025
During the correction period, candidates must carefully ensure that the revised documents are clear, valid, and match the application details. The following documents are permitted for rectification or resubmission. The list below outlines the documents eligible for correction.
- Primary Medical Qualification degree certificate or provisional pass certificate, duly apostilled or attested by the Indian Embassy
- Eligibility Certificate issued by NMC or MCI, if applicable
- Admission letter or proof of qualifying NEET-UG
- Proof of citizenship
- Documents related to name or date of birth mismatch, if any
- Supporting documents for transfer between medical institutions
Candidates must verify that all uploaded documents reflect accurate personal and academic information.
Important Instructions Issued by NBEMS
NBEMS has clarified that only deficient documents can be corrected during this window. Requests for changes beyond the permitted scope will not be entertained. Uploading incorrect or mismatched documents again may lead to rejection at later stages of the examination process.
