CBSE Class 10 Science Exam 2026 on Feb 25, Pattern and Prep Tips

CBSE will conduct the Class 10 Science exam 2026 on February 25, 2026. The board confirmed the Phase 1 date sheet on October 30, 2025. As per the schedule, the CBSE Class 10 exams 2026 will be held from February 17 to March 10, 2026.

Only two months remain for the Science paper. This is the time when students must revise consistently and focus on understanding concepts rather than memorising them. Science is a high-weightage subject in the CBSE Class 10 board exams, and strong conceptual clarity helps students score well.

CBSE has already announced the subject-wise exam dates. Students preparing for the Class 10 Science paper should follow a clear revision plan and practise as many questions as possible. The paper includes theory for 80 marks and an internal assessment of 20 marks.

CBSE Class 10 Science Exam 2026: Prep Tips for Students

Students appearing for the CBSE Class 10 Science exam 2026 can follow simple but effective strategies to improve performance. These tips help in covering the syllabus faster and building confidence during revision.

  • Revise the lessons in CBSE Class 10 Science every day. Small, daily revisions prevent last-minute stress.
  • Write and practise numerical problems regularly. This improves accuracy and understanding.
  • Prepare notes with formulas, definitions, and key diagrams. These notes are useful for quick revision before the exam.
  • Solve as many CBSE Class 10 Science sample papers and previous question papers as possible. This helps students understand the difficulty level and question pattern.
