Appointment Letters for Teachers and Co-Examiners
The official notice related to examiner appointments has been made available online for easy access. Teachers appointed for evaluation can download their appointment letters by selecting the “Inter Letter Exam 2026” option and entering their respective Class 12 school or college code. In addition to online access, hard copies of appointment letters were dispatched to the offices of District Education Officers between 22 February 2026 and 23 February 2026. These letters were sent school-wise to ensure smooth coordination at the district level.
Guidelines Issued for BSEB Inter Answer Sheet Evaluation
The Bihar Board has issued detailed instructions to maintain transparency and quality during the evaluation process. All stakeholders have been directed to strictly adhere to the guidelines issued by the board. School and college heads have been instructed to ensure that appointed teachers receive their letters in time and are relieved for evaluation duties. Marks Posting Personnel (MPPs) will be responsible for transferring marks from answer sheets to award sheets and marks foils at evaluation centres. These personnel are selected through district-level recommendations.

The board has cautioned that strict action will be taken against any appointed personnel who fail to report for evaluation duties without valid reasons.
