Documents Required for AYUSH NEET UG 2025 Admission
Institutes will conduct document verification from October 4 to October 5, 2025. Candidates must carry the following documents:
- Provisional Allotment Letter (from AACCC portal)
- NEET UG 2025 Admit Card (issued by NTA)
- NEET UG 2025 Score Card (issued by NTA)
- Date of Birth Certificate (if not mentioned on Class 10 certificate)
- Class 10th Pass Certificate & Marksheet
- Class 12th Pass Certificate & Marksheet
- Eight passport-size photographs (same as uploaded in NEET/AACCC application)
- Photo ID Proof (Aadhar / PAN / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport)
