The announcement follows a Telangana High Court Division Bench order staying a previous single bench directive that had mandated rechecking of all mains answer sheets.
- The Division Bench, headed by Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice GM Mohiuddin, allowed TGPSC to move forward with issuing appointment orders.
- However, these appointments will remain provisional, pending the outcome of writ appeals filed by TGPSC and other petitioners.
- Both parties have been asked to present their arguments by October 10, 2025, with the next hearing scheduled for October 15, 2025.
Official Statement
TGPSC clarified that any candidate found to have submitted false information or involved in malpractice will have their provisional selection cancelled at any stage. The Commission also stated that necessary disciplinary actions would be taken in line with Telangana Gazette No.60, dated December 28, 2015.
