TSPSC Group 1 Results 2025 Out: Telangana PSC Declares Final List

The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TGPSC) has declared the TSPSC Group 1 results 2025, releasing the final list of selected candidates for recruitment to Group 1 posts. The results were announced shortly after the Telangana High Court temporarily stayed an earlier directive ordering re-evaluation of the mains answer sheets. The final selection list has been uploaded on the official website, websitenew.tgpsc.gov.in, where candidates can check their mains hall ticket numbers.

Key Highlights of TSPSC Group 1 Result 2025

• Recruitment Vacancies: 563 (one post withheld as per High Court directive; 562 filled)
• Exam Dates: Main Written Examination conducted from October 21 to October 27, 2024
• General Ranking List: Published on March 30, 2025
• Selection Basis: Performance in mains exam and completion of certificate verification
• Sports Quota: Vacancies allocated to other community categories due to lack of eligible applicants

Court Intervention and Next Steps

The announcement follows a Telangana High Court Division Bench order staying a previous single bench directive that had mandated rechecking of all mains answer sheets.

• The Division Bench, headed by Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice GM Mohiuddin, allowed TGPSC to move forward with issuing appointment orders.
• However, these appointments will remain provisional, pending the outcome of writ appeals filed by TGPSC and other petitioners.
• Both parties have been asked to present their arguments by October 10, 2025, with the next hearing scheduled for October 15, 2025.

Official Statement

TGPSC clarified that any candidate found to have submitted false information or involved in malpractice will have their provisional selection cancelled at any stage. The Commission also stated that necessary disciplinary actions would be taken in line with Telangana Gazette No.60, dated December 28, 2015.
