VIT Vellore, SMVDU Join UCEED CEED 2026 for Design Admission

VIT School of Design, Vellore and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Katra have officially been added to the UCEED and CEED 2026 result-sharing institutes list. From the academic session 2026–27, both universities will offer BDes and MDes admissions through UCEED 2026 and CEED 2026 scores. This inclusion expands the design education opportunities for candidates appearing in India’s national-level design entrance examinations. The institutes will use the UCEED score for BDes admission and CEED score for MDes admission, while staying outside the Joint Admission Process conducted by IIT Bombay. Candidates will need to apply separately through the respective university admission portals.
