SSC CGL 2025 Option-cum-Preference Window Dates
Before the declaration of the final results, candidates must indicate their preferences for posts and departments through the official login portal. This step is mandatory for candidates who appeared in the Tier 2 examination. The important dates related to the preference submission process are listed below.
- Option-cum-preference window opens: 9 March 2026
- Last date to submit preferences: 12 March 2026 (6 PM)
Candidates must log in to their account and submit preferences under the “My Application” section. Those who fail to submit the option-cum-preference within the specified deadline will not be considered for the final merit list or final selection
SSC CGL 2025 Vacancy Details and Recruitment Posts
The SSC CGL examination is conducted annually to recruit candidates for Group B and Group C posts in various ministries and departments of the central government.
