The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have not yet issued the RRB Group D Admit Card 2026 for candidates appearing in the Computer Based Test (CBT) for Level-1 posts. The admit card—or e-call letter—is a mandatory document required for entry into the examination centre and contains key details such as exam venue, date, shift, reporting time and candidate information

 

Exam City Intimation Slip Released

RRBs have published the Exam City Intimation Slip for RRB Group D 2026, which provides candidates with information about their allotted exam city, scheduled exam date and other preliminary details. This slip helps candidates plan travel and accommodation in advance ahead of the admit card release.It is important to note that the city intimation slip is not the admit card; it only informs candidates about the exam location and date assignment. The actual hall ticket will be released separately.

 

Admit Card Release Timeline

The RRB Group D admit card 2026 is expected to be made available approximately four days before each candidate’s specific exam date. This timeline aligns with the boards’ standard procedure of issuing hall tickets shortly before the scheduled CBT The RRB Group D CBT is being conducted in phases through early February 2026, and admit card activation will occur in stages corresponding to these exam dates.

 

How to Download the RRB Group D Admit Card?

Candidates must download their admit card from the official regional RRB portal (for example, rrbapply.gov.in or rrbcdg.gov.in depending on region). The general procedure includes:

  • Visit the regional RRB official website designated for Group D recruitment.
  • Navigate to the Admit Card / E-Call Letter section.
  • Enter the Registration Number and Date of Birth / Login Credentials.
  • Submit details to view and download the admit card.
  • Save and print the admit card for use on the exam day.

Candidates should verify all details such as name, roll number, exam centre, date, reporting time and instructions on the downloaded admit card. Any discrepancies should be reported promptly to the RRB helpdesk.

 

Exam Day Preparation

On the day of the CBT, candidates will be required to carry:

  • A printed copy of the admit card (hall ticket)
  • A valid photo identity proof
  • Any other documents specified on the admit card
