GMAC has extended the NMAT 2026 registration deadline to October 25. Applicants must submit the application form, pay the fee and complete exam scheduling by the deadline. The examination window is November 2 to December 20, 2026.
The NMAT Registration 2026 last date has been extended to October 25, 2026, giving MBA aspirants additional time to submit their application forms. The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) has updated the registration schedule for the NMAT by GMAC examination. Applicants must complete the online form and pay the applicable examination fee before the revised deadline.
The registration process is available through the official NMAT by GMAC website. Applicants should also complete exam scheduling before the same deadline to secure an available test appointment.
NMAT Registration 2026 Latest Update
GMAC has extended the registration deadline from the earlier October 10 date to October 25, 2026. The scheduling deadline has also been extended to October 25. Applicants who have not registered should complete the process as soon as possible instead of waiting until the final day.
The NMAT registration and scheduling windows opened on August 20, 2026. The examination itself will be conducted between November 2 and December 20, 2026. Applicants should refer to the official NMAT important dates and fees page for the latest schedule.
NMAT 2026 Important Dates
Note: Applicants should verify their registration and scheduling status through the official NMAT dashboard. Dates and appointment availability should be checked before making travel or admission plans.
How to Complete NMAT Registration 2026
Applicants who have not submitted their forms can follow these steps:
- Visit the official NMAT website.
- Create an account or sign in using the registered credentials.
- Enter the required personal, academic and programme preference details.
- Review the application information before proceeding.
- Pay the registration fee of INR 3,000 plus applicable taxes.
- Confirm successful payment and check the application status.
- Proceed to exam scheduling and select an available appointment.
Applicants should retain their payment confirmation and application details. If a payment or application status remains unclear, they should consult the official portal before submitting another payment.
What Should Applicants Do Before October 25?
Applicants should complete both registration and scheduling before the deadline. Registration alone does not confirm an examination appointment. The selected date, time and test centre depend on the available slots shown in the scheduling portal.
The NMAT registration fee is INR 3,000 plus applicable taxes. GMAC lists a separate fee of INR 1,200 plus applicable taxes for rescheduling and INR 3,000 plus applicable taxes for a retake. Applicants should check the official fee page before making additional transactions.
NMAT registration is also separate from applications to participating business schools. Applicants must check each institute’s admission requirements, accepted scores and application deadlines independently.
