NEET PG Counselling 2025 Revised Dates Out | Choice Filling Till Nov

The Medical Counselling Committee has issued the revised schedule for NEET PG Counselling 2025, bringing clarity for thousands of postgraduate medical aspirants. MCC has extended the Round 1 choice filling and locking process until November 18, 2025, following updates in the NMC seat matrix. The Round 1 seat allotment result will now be announced on November 20, 2025. The counselling process covers admissions to MD and MS programmes under the fifty percent All India Quota and fifty percent state quota seats. With the new timeline in place, all upcoming rounds — including Round 2, Round 3 and the online stray vacancy round — will follow adjusted dates released at mcc.nic.in.

Why NEET PG Counselling 2025 Was Delayed?

MCC confirmed that the delay was caused by modifications in the seat matrix submitted by several colleges. The revised matrix affected the initial choice-filling window, forcing the authorities to reschedule Round 1. With the updated data now verified, the extended choice submission window aims to ensure that candidates do not miss their preferred course and college options.
