MP NEET PG Counselling 2026: Round 1 Admission Withheld After High Court Order

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has withheld the MP NEET PG Counselling 2026 Round 1 admission process with immediate effect following an interim order issued by the Madhya Pradesh High Court at Jabalpur. Candidates who received seats through the first-round MP State Combined NEET PG Counselling 2026 must wait for further instructions before completing physical reporting and admission formalities.

The decision follows a court case concerning the allocation of postgraduate medical seats to in-service candidates. The High Court has directed the state authorities to restrict in-service candidates' allotment to the prescribed 30% seat limit in each speciality. The next hearing is scheduled for November 5, 2026.
