Manipal Academy of Higher Education has extended the MET 2026 Phase 1 registration deadline to 23 March 2026. Candidates can apply online through manipal.edu. The slot booking process will begin on 31 March 2026, and the Phase 1 exam will be conducted on 13 and 14 April 2026.

MET 2026 Registration Last Date Extended to March 23 at manipal.edu as the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has extended the deadline for submitting the Manipal Entrance Test application form. Candidates seeking admission through the entrance exam can now complete the registration process online until 23 March 2026.

 

Earlier, the last date to submit the MET 2026 application form was 15 March 2026. Only candidates who complete the registration successfully will be able to participate in the upcoming MET 2026 slot booking process, which is scheduled to begin later in March.

 

MET 2026 Phase 1 Important Dates and Schedule

MAHE has announced the revised application deadline along with other key dates related to slot booking, admit card release, and the entrance examination. Candidates can check the complete MET 2026 Phase 1 schedule below.

The exam will be conducted as a computer-based test at designated centres.

 

MET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must review the official eligibility conditions before applying for the Manipal Entrance Test. Applications submitted by ineligible candidates will not be considered for the admission process. The basic eligibility requirements are provided below.

  • Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination.
  • Physics, Chemistry and English must be compulsory subjects.
  • Optional subjects may include Mathematics, Biotechnology, Biology, or technical vocational subjects.
  • Candidates must secure at least 50% aggregate marks in the required subjects.
  • There is no age limit for appearing in MET 2026.

What After MET 2026 Registration?

The allotted exam details will be mentioned on the MET 2026 admit card, which will be released on 10 April 2026. If candidates do not select a slot within the given timeframe, the system will automatically assign an available exam slot.
