Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has launched its official YouTube channel to guide students and schools ahead of the Maharashtra SSC and HSC board exams 2026. The initiative aims to reduce confusion and ensure smooth conduct of examinations across the state.
The channel includes videos explaining examination rules, procedures, and responsibilities for students, schools, and examination centre staff. It also features motivational messages from well-known personalities to boost student confidence before the exams.
MSBSHSE YouTube Channel for SSC and HSC Exams 2026
According to the Board, the YouTube channel has been introduced as an effective medium to reach students and educators directly. Maharashtra State Board Chairman Trigun Kulkarni stated that digital platforms help communicate important instructions clearly and uniformly to a large audience.
The channel covers various aspects of the board examinations, including dos and don’ts, exam-day guidelines, and common mistakes to avoid. The Board has also announced plans to upload additional content related to stress management and subject-wise academic guidance.
Maharashtra SSC, HSC Exam Dates 2026
MSBSHSE has already announced the examination schedule for Class 10 and Class 12 students. The board exams will be conducted as per the dates mentioned below.
- Maharashtra HSC Exam 2026: 10 February 2026 to 18 March 2026
- Maharashtra SSC Exam 2026: 20 February 2026 to 18 March 2026
Practical and oral examinations will be held before the written exams.
- HSC Practical and Oral Exams: 23 January 2026 to 9 February 2026
- SSC Practical and Oral Exams: 2 February 2026 to 18 February 2026
Content Available on Maharashtra Board YouTube Channel
Launched last month, the Maharashtra State Board Pune YouTube channel already features videos from senior government officials. These include messages from Principal Secretary for School Education Ranjit Singh Deol and IPS officer Vishwas Nagre Patil, among others.
Several videos are also presented by divisional board officials explaining rules under different examination categories. The Latur division head has shared information on facilities available for students with disabilities or special needs and the process to avail them. Meanwhile, the Kolhapur division head has explained actions prescribed for various exam malpractices and copying-related cases.
Purpose of the Initiative
The Board aims to ensure that students, teachers, and examination staff clearly understand all exam-related rules and responsibilities. By using video-based communication, MSBSHSE expects to minimise errors, reduce stress among students, and ensure fair conduct of the Maharashtra SSC and HSC exams 2026. Students and schools are advised to regularly follow the official YouTube channel for authentic updates, guidance, and exam-related awareness ahead of the board examinations.
