Karnataka PGCET 2026: Round 1 Fee Payment Last Date Extended

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the Karnataka PGCET 2026 Round 1 fee payment last date to October 9. The revised schedule gives students more time to complete the post-allotment admission process after the first round of seat allotment.

The extension covers Karnataka PGCET 2026 Round 1 counselling for MBA, MCA, M.E., M.Tech and M.Arch programmes. Students who have been allotted seats and selected Choice 1 or Choice 2 can use the extended window to complete fee payment and other admission formalities.

Karnataka PGCET 2026 Round 1 Revised Dates

KEA has revised the deadlines for students who received seats in the first round. The Karnataka PGCET 2026 fee payment and Seat Confirmation Slip download can now be completed until October 9.

Students who have already paid the fee should also make sure that they download the Karnataka PGCET 2026 Seat Confirmation Slip. This document is needed during the college reporting process along with the required original certificates.

The Karnataka PGCET 2026 Round 1 last date is especially important for students who have not yet completed the payment. Missing the revised deadline can affect the confirmation of the allotted seat.

How to Complete Karnataka PGCET 2026 Round 1 Admission?

Students who have received a seat should complete the Karnataka PGCET 2026 admission process without waiting for the final day. The fee payment is followed by downloading the confirmation slip and reporting to the allotted institute.

To complete the Round 1 formalities:

1. Visit the official KEA website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
2. Open the Karnataka PGCET 2026 counselling section.
3. Log in using the required PGCET credentials.
4. Generate the e-challan for the admission fee.
5. Pay the fee at the designated bank branch during banking hours.
6. Download the Seat Confirmation Slip after payment.
7. Report to the allotted college with the slip and original documents.

The Karnataka PGCET Round 1 college reporting date 2026 has also been extended to October 9. Students should contact their allotted institute in advance if they need clarification about document verification or admission requirements.

Who Can Use the Karnataka PGCET 2026 Deadline Extension?

The revised Karnataka PGCET counselling 2026 schedule applies to students who received a Round 1 seat and selected Choice 1 or Choice 2. Choice 1 students need to pay the fee and report to the allotted college, while Choice 2 students can retain their current seat and wait for an upgrade in the next round.

Students who selected Choice 3 or Choice 4 do not have to pay the Round 1 admission fee under the same process. Choice 3 allows participation in the next round without retaining the current seat, while Choice 4 means withdrawal from the counselling process.
