IOCL Executive Eligibility 2026

The qualification depends on the post.

• Graduate Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in the relevant engineering discipline.
• Officer (Marketing): MBA or equivalent PG diploma with Marketing specialisation.
• Law Officer: Graduation with LLB or a five-year integrated LLB.
• Assistant Quality Control Officer: M.Sc in Chemistry or specified Chemistry disciplines.
• Diploma Engineer: Three-year diploma in the relevant engineering discipline.

For Graduate Engineer and Diploma Engineer posts, General, EWS and OBC (NCL) candidates generally need at least 65% marks. The requirement is 55% for SC, ST and PwBD candidates.

The maximum age varies by post. It is 26 years for Graduate Engineer and Diploma Engineer, 28 years for Officer (Marketing), and 30 years for Law Officer and Assistant Quality Control Officer.

IOCL Executive Selection Process 2026

The selection will have three stages:

• Computer-Based Test (CBT)
• Group Discussion (GD) and Group Task (GT)
• Personal Interview (PI)
