IOCL Executive Recruitment 2026 Eligibility

• Graduate Engineer: Full-time BE/BTech or equivalent degree in the relevant engineering discipline. General, EWS and OBC-NCL candidates require at least 65% marks, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates require 55%.
• Officer – Marketing: Two-year full-time MBA or PGDBA with Marketing Management specialisation. Candidates need 60% marks, or 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
• Law Officer: Graduation with LLB or a five-year integrated LLB. At least two years of relevant post-qualification experience is required.
• Assistant Quality Control Officer: Master's degree in Chemistry with at least two years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Diploma Engineer: Three-year full-time diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or relevant Safety discipline. For Safety, an additional Diploma in Industrial Safety is required.
