Work experience is not required for Office Assistant and Officer Scale I posts. However, experience is an important eligibility condition for several Officer Scale II and Scale III positions.

For example, Officer Scale II General Banking Officer requires a relevant degree along with prescribed banking or financial institution experience. Specialist Officer posts have separate experience requirements based on the area of specialisation. Officer Scale III also requires relevant officer-level banking experience.
