The matter came to light after screenshots of the question paper reportedly surfaced on social media platforms and private messaging groups. The Mathematics examination was conducted on 26 February 2026 by the Board of School Education Haryana. Soon after the exam concluded, reports of a possible paper leak began circulating from multiple examination centres.
HBSE Maths Paper Leak 2026: FIR Registered
According to officials, the alleged leaked paper was received on the HBSE Chairman’s official WhatsApp number at around 1:56 PM, raising suspicion of internal involvement. Authorities confirmed that strict disciplinary and legal action will be taken against anyone found guilty during the investigation. In addition to the leak allegations, the board also reported 10 cases of unfair means during the examination, including incidents from Karnal, Palwal, and Nuh districts.
Parents and Students Raise Concerns
