The National Testing Agency has extended the CUET PG 2026 application deadline to 20 January 2026. The fee payment and application correction window dates have also been revised accordingly.
The National Testing Agency has extended the deadline for submitting the CUET PG 2026 application form. The decision has been taken after receiving multiple representations from candidates seeking additional time to complete the registration process. Eligible candidates can now apply for the postgraduate entrance examination within the revised timeline through the official CUET PG examination portal.
CUET PG 2026 Revised Application Schedule
Along with extending the registration deadline, the testing agency has also updated the important dates related to fee payment and the application correction window. Candidates must take note of the revised schedule to avoid missing any key deadlines. As per the official notification issued on 14 January 2026, the last date to submit the CUET PG 2026 online application form has been extended till 20 January 2026 (up to 11:50 PM). The same deadline applies to the payment of the examination fee.
CUET PG 2026 Correction Window Dates
The National Testing Agency will also open a dedicated correction facility for registered candidates. This window will allow applicants to edit specific details submitted in their forms. The CUET PG 2026 application correction window will be available from 23 January 2026 to 25 January 2026 (up to 11:50 PM). Candidates are advised to use this opportunity carefully, as corrections will be permitted only during this period.
Important Instructions for CUET PG Applicants
The agency has clarified that the deadline extension has been provided to ensure a smooth and error-free application process for all aspirants. Candidates must verify all personal, academic, and exam-related details before final submission. Only those applications for which the prescribed examination fee is successfully paid will be considered valid. Incomplete or unpaid applications will be rejected without further notice. Applicants are advised to regularly check the official CUET PG website for updates related to examination dates, admit cards, and further announcements. In case of technical difficulties, candidates may reach out to the official NTA helpdesk using the contact details available on the portal.
