CUET PG 2026 Admit Card Released, Hall Ticket & Exam Schedule

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CUET PG 2026 admit cards for candidates appearing in the Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate courses between 6 and 10 March 2026. Eligible candidates can now download their hall tickets through the official CUET PG portal.

CUET PG 2026 Admit Card: What Candidates Need to Know

The admit card serves as entry permission to the exam centre and contains essential information such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam date, shift timing, and test centre address. Candidates must download, print multiple copies, and carry the hall ticket to the exam centre on the day of the test. The CUET PG 2026 exam will be conducted in Computer‑Based Test (CBT) mode across multiple cities and shifts, covering a range of postgraduate subjects.

How to Download the CUET PG 2026 Admit Card?

Candidates should visit the official CUET PG portal and:

  1. Navigate to the CUET PG 2026 admit card section.
  2. Enter your application number and password/date of birth.
  3. Complete the security captcha as required.
  4. View and download the hall ticket PDF.
  5. Print copies to carry to the exam centre.

It is important to check that all information on the admit card — especially name spelling, exam date and centre details — is correct. Any discrepancies should be addressed promptly with the NTA helpdesk.

CUET PG 2026 Exam Schedule and Reporting Rules

The CUET PG exam is scheduled to be conducted from 6 March to 27 March 2026 in multiple shifts across the country. Each exam session is 90 minutes long, and the question paper typically contains 75 questions. Candidates must arrive at the exam centre well before the reporting time and follow all verification procedures. Only those with a printed admit card and valid photo ID proof will be allowed to take the test.

City Intimation Slip and Admit Card Timeline

Before the admit card release, the NTA issued city intimation slips indicating the exam city and centre details for candidates with exams on specific dates. The admit card followed these slips and must be downloaded once available for the full hall ticket information.

CUET PG 2026 Exam Day Instructions

On the day of their CUET PG exam, candidates should:

  • Carry the printed admit card without folding or damage.
  • Bring a valid government ID such as Aadhaar, passport or driver’s licence.
  • Follow all exam centre guidelines regarding reporting time and prohibited items.
  • Avoid bringing mobile phones, electronic devices or study materials into the test centre.

Failure to present the admit card and valid ID at the exam centre will result in denied entry.

After the Exam

Once the CUET PG tests are completed, candidates should stay updated on answer key releases, results and counselling dates which will be announced by NTA and participating universities subsequently. CUET PG scores are crucial for admission to postgraduate programmes across central and state universities as well as many private institutions.
