The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the CTET February 2026 Notification soon. CTET February 2026 Registration Dates and Process
The CTET Application Process will begin shortly after the release of the official notification. Interested candidates must complete the online form throughctet.nic.in. Before filling out the application form, applicants should review the eligibility requirements and exam structure mentioned in the notification.

- Click on the “Apply for CTET February 2026” link.
- Register by entering basic details such as name, email, and mobile number.
- Fill in educational qualifications and select preferred exam cities.
- Upload a scanned photograph and signature in the required format.
- Pay the application fee online and download the confirmation page.
CTET February 2026 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria differ for Paper I (Classes 1–5) and Paper II (Classes 6–8).
- Paper I: Candidates must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% marks and possess or be pursuing a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- Paper II: Candidates should hold a graduation degree with at least 50% marks and have completed or be pursuing a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).
Only those who meet the required qualifications will be eligible to appear in the test.
CTET February 2026 Exam Pattern and Mode
The CTET exam will be conducted offline, consisting of multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
- Paper I is for teaching positions in Classes 1–5.
- Paper II is for Classes 6–8. Each paper will carry 150 marks, and there is no negative marking.
