The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2026 February session answer key is expected to be released shortly on the official website. The exam is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). CTET Marking Scheme 2026
Candidates checking the CTET answer key should be aware of the official marking scheme:
- +1 mark for each correct answer
- No negative marking for incorrect answers
- No deduction for unanswered questions
- Each paper contains 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs)
- Maximum marks per paper: 150
The absence of negative marking allows candidates to attempt all questions without any risk of losing marks.
CTET Answer Key Objection Process
Once the provisional answer key is released, candidates can challenge it by:
- Logging in at ctet.nic.in
- Selecting the question(s) they wish to challenge
- Uploading valid supporting documents
- Paying the prescribed objection fee, if applicable
CBSE will carefully evaluate all objections before finalising the answer key.
CTET Result and Certificate Availability
The CTET February 2026 result, along with scorecards and eligibility certificates, will be released online. Digital certificates will also be made available on DigiLocker, allowing candidates to download and store them securely.
