CBSE is expected to release the CTET 2026 pre-admit card or exam city slip shortly on the official website. The city slip will help candidates know their allotted exam city before the CTET exam scheduled on 8 February 2026.
The Central Board of Secondary Education is likely to release the CTET 2026 pre-admit card, also known as the exam city intimation slip, in the coming days. The CTET 2026 examination is scheduled to be conducted on 8 February 2026.
Purpose of CTET 2026 City Intimation Slip
The CTET city slip is issued as an advance information document. It allows candidates to check the city where their examination centre has been allotted so they can plan travel and accommodation in advance. Candidates should note that:
- The city slip is not the CTET admit card
- It does not permit entry into the examination centre
- Exact centre address and reporting details will be mentioned on the final admit card
