The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the CTET 2026 city intimation slip for the February 8 exam cycle. Candidates can download the city slip from the official CTET website by entering their login credentials. The CTET 2026 admit card with full exam centre details will be issued after the city intimation slip.
The Central Board of Secondary Education has published the CTET 2026 exam city intimation slip on the official portal ctet.nic.in. Aspirants who have registered successfully for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) February 2026 can now access their allotted exam city to plan travel and logistics before the admit card release. The CTET exam is scheduled to be held on 8 February 2026 in offline mode across various exam cities nationwide.
What is the CTET City Intimation Slip?
The CTET city intimation slip confirms the exam city where the candidate’s test centre will be located. It does not contain the exact exam venue — that information will be available on the CTET admit card, which will be released later. The city slip helps candidates finalise travel plans and accommodation well ahead of the exam.

Candidates can follow the official steps below to access and save their city slip:

CTET 2026 Admit Card and Exam Schedule
Once the city intimation slip is out, the next key update will be the CTET 2026 admit card. The admit card is generally released a few days before the exam and contains complete details including the exam centre address, reporting time, and instructions. The CTET 2026 Central Teacher Eligibility Test will be conducted on 8 February 2026 in two papers — Paper I and Paper II — for candidates aiming to become eligible for primary and upper primary teaching roles.
