CTET 2026 answer key for Paper 1, 2 expected soon, response sheet release awaited

CBSE is expected to release the CTET 2026 provisional answer key and response sheet soon for Paper 1 and Paper 2 exams conducted on February 7 and 8. Candidates will be able to challenge the provisional answers before the final key and results are declared.

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the provisional answer key for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2026 soon. Candidates who appeared for the February session will be able to download the answer key for Paper 1 and Paper 2, along with their response sheets The CTET 2026 examination was conducted on February 7 and February 8, 2026 at various centres across the country. Once the provisional key is released, candidates will be able to compare their responses and estimate their probable scores

 

CTET 2026 Objection facility to be available

Along with the provisional answer key, CBSE will also open a window for candidates to challenge any answers they believe are incorrect. Candidates will have to submit their objections within the specified period and pay a non-refundable fee per question while raising challenges. The objections will be reviewed by subject experts before the final answer key is published.

 

CTET 2026 Response sheet and OMR images

The board will also upload scanned images of candidates’ OMR answer sheets and recorded responses. This will help candidates verify the answers they marked during the exam. After evaluating the objections submitted by candidates, CBSE will release the final answer key, which will be used to prepare the CTET 2026 results.

 

How candidates can check the CTET 2026 answer key?

Once released, candidates will be able to download the CTET 2026 answer key by logging in with their roll number and date of birth on the official exam portal. The provisional answer key will be released in PDF format, containing correct responses for all sets of question papers for both Paper 1 and Paper 2.
