The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the CTET 2026 admit card on the official portal for the February session. Candidates can now download their hall tickets and verify exam dates, shift timings and exam centre details before the scheduled test days.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the CTET 2026 admit card for the February session on the official website ctet.nic.in. Registered candidates who are set to appear for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in February 2026 can now download their hall tickets using valid login credentials such as application number and date of birth.
How to Download CTET Admit Card 2026?
Candidates should follow the official process to access and save their CTET 2026 hall ticket:
- Visit the official CTET portal: ctet.nic.in.
- Click on the active link for the CTET Admit Card 2026.
- Enter your application number and date of birth in the login section.
- Submit the details to view the admit card.
- Download and print the hall ticket for exam use.
The admit card contains key information including the candidate’s name, roll number, exam date, shift timing, exam centre address, and exam instructions. These details must be checked carefully, and any inconsistencies should be reported to CBSE immediately.
CTET 2026 Exam Schedule and Shift Timings
The CTET 2026 examination will be conducted over two days 7 and 8 February 2026 — in multiple shifts:
- Morning shift: 9:30 AM to 12:00 Noon
- Afternoon shift: 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Candidates must report to the allotted centre well before the reporting time shown on the admit card to complete entry formalities and avoid last-minute delays.
Key Instructions on the CTET Admit Card
The CTET 2026 admit card will include the following essential details signifying exam readiness:
- Candidate’s name and photograph
- Roll number and application number
- Exam date and shift timing
- Examination centre address and city
- Important guidelines for the exam day
It is mandatory to carry the printed admit card along with a valid original photo ID proof to the examination venue. Acceptable ID proofs include Aadhaar card, PAN card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence.
What to Do If There Is a Discrepancy?
If any candidate notices errors in personal details, photograph, signature, or other information on the CTET 2026 hall ticket, they must contact the CTET Unit of CBSE at the earliest to request corrections before the exam date.
