CONCOR Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility requirements differ depending on the post. Candidates must meet the required educational qualification, marks, age limit and experience criteria.

Management Trainee

• Commercial & Operations: Graduation with at least 55% marks and a two-year MBA or equivalent PG degree/diploma in relevant areas such as Marketing, Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Accounts: Graduation with at least 55% marks and qualification as a Chartered Accountant.
• Accounts/Compliance: Graduation with at least 55% marks and qualification as a Company Secretary.
• Technical: BE/BTech in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks.
• MIS: BE/BTech in Computer Engineering/Computer Science, MCA, MSc IT, MSc Computer Science or DOEACC B Level with 60% marks.
• Civil: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.
• Personnel & Administration: Graduation with 55% marks and MBA/MSW or equivalent qualification in HR-related disciplines with 60% marks.

No prior experience is required for Management Trainee posts.

Assistant Officer

Assistant Officer posts generally require relevant qualifications along with professional experience.

• Commercial & Operations: Graduation with 50% marks and required experience.
• Accounts: BCom with 50% marks and relevant experience.
• Technical: Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering with relevant experience.
• MIS: Graduation with PGDCA/BCA/BSc Computer Science or equivalent qualification and relevant experience.
• Civil: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering with the prescribed experience.

The age limit is 18 to 28 years for Management Trainees and 18 to 32 years for Assistant Officers, subject to applicable relaxation.

CONCOR Recruitment 2026 Application Fee

Candidates belonging to General, OBC and EWS categories need to pay the applicable fee. SC, ST, PwBD and Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted.

CONCOR Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection process varies between the two categories. Management Trainee candidates will have to appear for a CBT followed by Group Discussion/Interview, Document Verification and Medical Fitness. Assistant Officer candidates will undergo CBT, Document Verification and Medical Fitness.

CONCOR CBT Exam Pattern 2026

The Computer-Based Test will consist of 100 questions carrying 100 marks. The examination duration is 90 minutes, with 0.25 marks deducted for each incorrect answer.

CONCOR Recruitment 2026 Salary

Selected candidates will receive the following pay scales:

• Management Trainee: INR 50,000–3%–1,60,000
• Assistant Officer: INR 40,000–3%–1,36,000

The reported approximate CTC is around INR 20.11 lakh per annum for Management Trainees and INR 16.09 lakh per annum for Assistant Officers.
