CBSE Launches Career Guidance Dashboard and Counselling Support Model

Central Board of Secondary Education has launched its career guidance dashboard and counselling support model for the 2025 - 2026 session, aligned with the National Education Policy 2020. This model is launched by the CBSE officials with the aim of creating structured guidance and holistic mental health support for the 2025 - 2026 academic session. The Career Guidance Dashboard is to boost career preparedness, and the other one is for boosting the mental health of both students and teachers. Both the platform, launched by the CBSE, is technology-based and will evolve through the feedback of teachers and students.

Rahul Singh, CBSE Chairperson, stated that these two platforms are scalable, inclusive, and sustainable, which will empower students in both fields, i.e., academic and future fields.

Himanshu Gupta, CBSE Secretary, also praised their newly launched platforms, stating that it’s an essential response to the rapid increase in the demand for psychological and career support for students.

The Career Guidance Dashboard is now live. Candidates can check at cbsecareerguidance.in. Through this platform, students can clear their doubts regarding their career and can access resources and guidance to improve their skills. At the same time, the Counselling Support Model provided mental health support to students by providing wellness services through a mentor-led network of hub schools.
