CBSE conducted the Class 10 Hindi board exam on 2 March 2026. Students rated the paper as easy to moderate with slightly tricky grammar. The question paper followed the NCERT syllabus and official pattern.
CBSE Class 10 Hindi Exam 2026 was conducted on 2 March 2026 from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM across the country. The Central Board of Secondary Education held the examination as per the prescribed schedule. Students described the overall difficulty level as easy to moderate.
Most candidates stated that the paper was based on the NCERT syllabus and included straightforward questions. However, the grammar and writing sections required careful attention.

According to student feedback, the overall paper was manageable within the three-hour duration. The reading and literature sections were considered relatively easier.
Some students reported that the grammar portion felt slightly challenging at first glance. The writing tasks demanded proper structure and time management. Despite this, many candidates were able to complete the paper on time.

Students’ Reaction on CBSE 10th Hindi Exam 2026
Students shared that the paper was easier compared to pre-board examinations. Several candidates mentioned that questions were largely NCERT-based and direct.
Some students found the grammar section slightly tricky, especially in multiple-choice questions. Overall, the paper was considered fair and balanced, with many expecting scores above 70 marks in the theory examination.
