The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has filed a complaint with the cyber police over a fake answer sheet video linked to the 70th Combined Competitive Examination.
The viral video allegedly claims to show the General Studies-II answer sheet of the candidate who secured Rank 3. BPSC has termed the material fake and an attempt to mislead candidates.

What Did BPSC Say About the Fake Answer Sheet?
According to the complaint, a video circulating on social media claims to show the answer sheet of the Rank 3 candidate from the BPSC 70th CCE.
The Commission has described the answer sheet as fake and said the video is being circulated to mislead candidates. BPSC's law officer filed a complaint with the cyber police and requested action against the person responsible.
The disputed answer sheet reportedly shows two six-mark questions left unanswered. One of the questions had only a partial response. The candidate received zero marks for the unanswered questions in the 300-mark paper.
The cyber police will now investigate the source of the video and attempt to identify the person who created or circulated the material.
BPSC 70th CCE Final Result 2026
BPSC released the final result of the 70th Combined Competitive Examination in June 2026.
Shradha Pandey from Uttar Pradesh secured the first position with 593 marks. Shashank Gaurav and Ayush Bijoy secured the second and third ranks respectively, with both candidates scoring 592 marks.
BPSC explained that the tie was resolved based on the candidates' essay marks. The candidate with higher essay marks was given the better rank.
BPSC 70th Mains Exam Details
The BPSC 70th Main Written Examination was conducted from April 25 to April 30, 2025. A total of 20,034 candidates appeared for the examination across 32 centres in Patna.
The Main examination result was declared in December 2025. Candidates who qualified were called for the interview stage before the final result was announced.
BPSC TRE 4.0 Latest Update
The Commission has also made changes to the BPSC Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE 4.0) process. The online application process for school teacher posts is expected to begin from September 21, 2026, after the revised recruitment notification and required changes to the application process are completed.
