BHEL Trichy Apprentice Recruitment 2026: 530 Posts, Apply Online

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Tiruchirappalli has invited applications for 530 apprentice vacancies for the 2026-27 training year. The recruitment covers Graduate, Technician and Trade Apprentice posts.

BHEL Trichy Apprentice Vacancy 2026

The 530 vacancies are divided into three apprentice categories:

The Graduate Apprentice posts are for eligible degree holders, Technician Apprentice posts are for diploma holders, while Trade Apprentice posts are available for candidates with relevant ITI qualifications.

BHEL Trichy Apprentice Eligibility 2026

Candidates must have the required qualification for the apprentice category they are applying for. Graduate Apprentices require a relevant degree, Technician Apprentices require a relevant diploma, and Trade Apprentices require ITI qualification from a recognised institute.

Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training in another establishment are not eligible. Candidates with one or more years of relevant post-qualification work experience may also be excluded under the applicable conditions.

BHEL Trichy Apprentice Age Limit

The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 27 years as on August 1, 2026. Age relaxation is available for reserved categories as per government rules.

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC NCL: 3 years
• PwD: 10 years

BHEL Trichy Apprentice Stipend 2026

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend according to their category.

The apprenticeship training will be for one year.

BHEL Trichy Apprentice Selection Process

BHEL will prepare the selection list based on candidates' marks in their qualifying examinations. There is no separate written examination mentioned for the apprentice engagement.
