Bennett University, S.P. Jain Sign MoU for Global Academic Pathways

Bennett University, The Times Group’s higher education institution, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with premier global management school S.P. Jain Group in Mumbai on July 10, 2025. This collaboration aims to create international academic pathways for undergraduate students, providing them with unparalleled global learning experiences.

As part of this collaboration, students will now have the opportunity to pursue international academic pathways through structured 2+2 and 3+1 degree programs. Under the 2+2 model, students will study the first two years at Bennett University and then complete the final two years at S.P. Jain Group’s campuses in London or Sydney. Similarly, the 3+1 model allows students to complete three years at Bennett and then either finish their undergraduate studies or transition into a master’s program at S.P. Jain Group, based on the pathway in effect.

This landmark MoU reinforces Bennett University’s vision to deliver globally benchmarked education, further strengthens its Global Pathways Program, equipping students with global competencies and exposure to world-class learning ecosystems, and cements its position as a leader in shaping future-ready professionals.

Both institutions have agreed on a collaboration for academic alignment involving curricula design, aligning course material, learning objectives, and academic standards for the courses included in the 2+2 and 3+1 programs. As per the MoU, both universities will forge a mutually agreed-upon credit transfer mechanism that ensures seamless transition for students from Bennett University to S.P. Jain Group, London or Sydney. The partnership will establish robust student mobility protocols, support systems, including academic advising, orientation, visa arrangements, and logistical support, to ensure student success during their transition between campuses.

The universities will explore opportunities to integrate international exposure through internships, exchange programs, or industry collaborations in India, the United Kingdom, and Australia, to enrich the students’ educational experience.

As part of this collaboration, students will gain from the S.P. Jain Group’s learning ecosystem, including its multi-city education model for cross-cultural understanding. Its strategic location offers excellent access to global companies for networking and internships. A practical, future-ready curriculum blending business and technology will equip students with in-demand skills for today’s innovation-driven economy.
