AIBE 22 Qualification Required

The minimum AIBE 22 qualification is a 3-year LLB or 5-year integrated LLB degree from a university or institution recognised by the Bar Council of India. Importantly, eligible final-year and final-semester LLB students can also register. However, candidates in the final year must not have any backlog from earlier semesters.

The BCI's current clarification specifically states that students in the final year or final semester of a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme without backlogs can register for AIBE XXII.

Is State Bar Council Enrolment Mandatory for AIBE 22?

State Bar Council enrolment is not mandatory for every eligible candidate before appearing for AIBE 22. The current eligibility clarification permits certain eligible LLB graduates and final-year/final-semester students to register without having completed the enrolment requirement beforehand.
