Aadhaar and APAAR Mandatory for MAH BEd CET 2026, Check Documents

The State Common Entrance Test Cell has officially mandated MAH BEd CET 2026 applicants to possess a valid Aadhaar Card and APAAR ID for completing the registration process. The decision applies to all candidates seeking admission to Bachelor of Education programmes through the upcoming CET cycle. As per the latest update issued on December 23, 2025, the online application forms for MAH BEd CET 2026 will be released shortly for the Academic Year 2026. Candidates will not be allowed to proceed with registration unless the required identity credentials are verified successfully.

MAH BEd CET 2026 Application Form Update

The MAH BEd CET application form is expected to be activated before the end of the current month. The State CET Cell has clarified that document verification will be integrated into the registration process to streamline admissions and prevent discrepancies during counselling stages. Candidates are advised to ensure that all personal details entered in the application form match official records. Any inconsistency may result in rejection during later stages of the Common Admission Process.

Aadhaar Card Requirements for MAH BEd Registration

Before initiating the application process, candidates must verify and update their Aadhaar details wherever required. The Aadhaar Card will serve as the primary identity document during registration and admission. Candidates should ensure the following Aadhaar-linked details are accurate and updated:

  • Name
  • Date of Birth as per Class 10 certificate
  • Latest photograph
  • Residential address
  • Father’s name
  • Active mobile number linked with Aadhaar

Failure to update incorrect Aadhaar details may delay form submission or lead to verification issues.

APAAR ID Mandatory for MAH BEd CET 2026

In addition to Aadhaar, candidates must generate an APAAR ID before applying. The Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry is being implemented to maintain a centralized academic record for students across education levels. The APAAR ID will be required not only during registration but also at later stages of counselling and admission verification. Candidates without an APAAR ID are advised to generate it well in advance to avoid last-minute technical issues.

Additional Document Requirements for PwD Candidates

Candidates applying under the Persons with Disabilities category must upload relevant disability-related documents during registration. These documents are mandatory for claiming reservation and related benefits. The following documents may be required:

  • Disability Certificate issued by a competent authority
  • Unique Disability ID Card, if available

PwD candidates opting for a scribe must also provide complete details for 2 scribes, including identity proof, photograph, qualification certificate, and bonafide certificate issued by the institution.
