XLRI and Sorbonne Business School have introduced a 10-month Executive Development Programme for senior healthcare professionals. The programme focuses on strategy, finance, governance, technology and ethics in healthcare leadership. It will be delivered through TimesPro using a blended learning format with an on-campus residency at XLRI Delhi.

XLRI, Sorbonne Launch Executive Development Programme for Healthcare Leaders aimed at strengthening strategic leadership in the healthcare sector. The programme has been introduced by XLRI Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) in collaboration with Sorbonne Business School, Paris. The initiative is designed for senior professionals such as hospital administrators, healthcare executives and clinical leaders seeking to enhance their management and strategic decision-making capabilities.

 

XLRI–Sorbonne Healthcare Leadership Programme Overview

The newly launched programme focuses on integrating medical expertise with business strategy and leadership. It aims to help healthcare leaders manage complex organisational challenges and technological transformation in the sector.

 

The 10-month Executive Development Programme in Global Strategy and Leadership for Healthcare Professionalswill be delivered through TimesPro using a blended learning model. The programme also includes a residential module at XLRI Delhi.

 

This collaboration combines the management expertise of XLRI Leadership Education and Development (LEAD)with the global strategic perspective of Sorbonne Business School in Paris.
