XLRI–Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur has announced the opening of admissions for two executive education programmes, including the Executive Diploma in Advanced Business Strategies for CXOs and the Post Graduate Certificate in CSR Leadership. Both programmes will be delivered through XLRI’s Virtual Interactive Learning platform. The announcement was updated on December 19, 2025. The executive programmes are designed to cater to experienced professionals seeking structured academic exposure aligned with current industry and leadership requirements. According to the institute, the courses focus on strategy, governance, sustainability, and leadership development across sectors.
Executive Diploma in Advanced Business Strategies for CXOs
Admissions have opened for Batch Three of the Executive Diploma in Advanced Business Strategies for CXOs. The programme is aimed at senior professionals and aspiring C-suite leaders with a minimum of ten years of work experience. XLRI stated that earlier batches attracted participants with an average professional experience ranging between seventeen and eighteen years, representing diverse industries and leadership roles. The curriculum is structured to provide enterprise-level strategic thinking and leadership capability. It covers areas such as business strategy, digital transformation, regulatory frameworks, competitive dynamics, and stakeholder management. The programme is intended to help professionals navigate complex business environments shaped by global competition and evolving organisational expectations. Upon successful completion and fulfilment of academic requirements, participants will be awarded the Executive Diploma and will be eligible for XLRI Alumni Status.
Post Graduate Certificate in CSR Leadership
Alongside the CXO-focused diploma, XLRI has also invited applications for the Post Graduate Certificate in CSR Leadership. This programme is targeted at professionals working in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, development sectors, and social impact roles. The CSR leadership programme focuses on building practical and policy-level understanding of corporate responsibility. The curriculum includes CSR strategy, legal and regulatory frameworks, stakeholder engagement, programme design, monitoring, evaluation, sustainability models, and ethical leadership practices. XLRI highlighted that the programme is designed for professionals responsible for planning, executing, or governing CSR initiatives within organisations. The structure aims to combine conceptual clarity with applied tools, enabling participants to align business goals with social and environmental priorities.
