XLRI FPM & EFPM 2026: Program Overview

The 2026 doctoral programs at XLRI are designed to develop future researchers, educators, and leaders in management. The two programs offered are:

Eligibility Criteria for XLRI FPM and EFPM 2026

FPM Eligibility

• B.E. / B.Tech degree with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) plus two or more years of relevant work experience.
• Three-year bachelor’s degree followed by a Master’s or MBA with a minimum of 55% (50% for SC/ST).
• Four- or five-year integrated Master’s program with at least 55% marks.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CS, or ICWA with minimum 55% marks.

EFPM Eligibility

• Full-time MBA, PGDM, or equivalent degree with at least 60% marks.
• Minimum five years of full-time executive, managerial, teaching, or research experience.

XLRI FPM & EFPM 2026 Admission Process

The admission process for both programs is fully online. Candidates must submit applications through the official XLRI portal before the deadline.

• For the FPM, a valid score from an accepted exam is required, including Xavier Scholar Entrance Test (XSET) 2026, UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, GATE, GMAT, or GRE.
• After the initial review, shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview at XLRI Jamshedpur.
