XIM University has extended the MBA 2026 application deadline for candidates applying through national-level entrance exams. XGMT-based registrations have concluded, with the exam scheduled later this month. The PI shortlist for all applicants will be released on the same date.
XIM University MBA Admission 2026 application deadline has been extended for candidates applying through national-level entrance exams. XIM University, Bhubaneswar, offers MBA admissions based on CAT, XAT, GMAT, NMAT, CMAT, and XGMT scores. The extension applies only to applicants using entrance exams other than XGMT.
Candidates who do not hold valid scores in national-level exams were required to apply through the XGMT exam. XIM University has also issued updates regarding the closure of XGMT-based registrations and upcoming admission events.
XIM University MBA 2026 Application Dates and Schedule
XIM University has released important dates related to MBA admissions for the 2026 academic session. Candidates must follow the updated timeline carefully to avoid missing deadlines. The key dates related to application submission, exam, and admit card release are outlined below.
- Last date to apply through CAT/XAT/GMAT and other exams: 20 January 2026
- XGMT 2026 registration closing date: 10 January 2026
- XGMT 2026 admit card release: 20 January 2026
- XGMT 2026 exam date: 25 January 2026
- PI shortlist release date: 20 January 2026
The Personal Interview shortlist will be released for all candidates on the same day, irrespective of the entrance exam used for application.
XIM University MBA Eligibility Criteria 2026
Candidates applying for MBA admission at XIM University must meet the prescribed eligibility requirements. These conditions are applicable to all applicants, regardless of the entrance exam score submitted. The eligibility criteria for XIM University MBA Admission 2026 are provided below.
- Candidates must have completed a three-year bachelor’s degree from a recognised institute
- A minimum of 55 per cent aggregate marks in the bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Final-year students are eligible to apply, provided they complete their degree by 15 June 2026
Applicants failing to meet the eligibility conditions at the time of final admission may be disqualified.
XIM University MBA Admission 2026 Accepted Entrance Exams
XIM University considers scores from multiple national-level management entrance exams for MBA admissions. Candidates can choose the exam route most suitable to them. The entrance exams accepted for XIM University MBA Admission 2026 include:
- CAT
- XAT
- GMAT
- NMAT
- XGMT
Candidates without valid scores in CAT, XAT, GMAT, or NMAT were required to appear for the XGMT exam.
XGMT 2026 Exam and Admit Card Details
The registration process for XGMT 2026 has concluded as per the announced schedule. Candidates who have successfully registered for XGMT will be able to access their admit cards soon.
XIM University will release the XGMT 2026 admit card on 20 January 2026 through the official admission portal. The entrance examination will be conducted on 25 January 2026. Candidates are advised to download and preserve the admit card for future admission stages.
