XAT 2026 will be conducted on 04 January 2026 for admission to XLRI’s MBA programmes. The exam score will also be accepted by more than 800 MBA colleges across India. The Xavier Aptitude Test will be held in a single session at test centres nationwide.

 

Candidates have already been issued their XAT 2026 admit cards. They must report to their allotted test centres strictly as per the reporting time mentioned on the hall ticket.

 

XAT 2026 Exam Cities, Duration, and Difficulty Level

XAT 2026 will be conducted in 109 test cities across India. The examination will be held in computer-based mode and will assess candidates on decision-making, aptitude, and general awareness.

 

The difficulty level of XAT is generally considered moderate to high. As per the exam structure, XAT 2026 is expected to maintain a similar level. Candidates will get 180 minutes to attempt 95 questions. While not all questions are mandatory, clearing sectional cut-offs will be essential for selection.

 

XAT 2026 Reporting Time and Gate Closing Schedule

Candidates must reach the exam centre well before the reporting time to complete security checks. Late entry will not be permitted after the gate closing time.
