Candidates can review and update academic details, work experience information and exam city preferences. XLRI has confirmed that the registered email ID and mobile number cannot be edited during this window.
XAT 2026 Correction Window Update: What Candidates Can Edit
The Xavier School of Management opened the correction window to help candidates rectify errors before final submission. This facility is available only to those who have already completed their application process.

The conducting body has clearly stated that communication details used during registration will remain locked to maintain the integrity of the application database.
XAT 2026 Registration Still Open for New Applicants
XAT 2026 registration is ongoing. The process began on July 10, 2025, and will remain open until December 5, 2025. Aspirants planning to apply are advised to complete the form early to avoid last-minute issues caused by high website traffic.
The correction facility is available only to candidates who have already completed their application form before the opening of the edit window.
XAT 2026 Mock Test Conducted Before Correction Window
Before the launch of the correction phase, XLRI conducted the final set of mock tests on November 19 and 20, 2025. These mock exams were designed to help applicants understand the exam interface and improve their preparation strategy.
Candidates who participated in the mock tests received a better overview of the question format, navigation system and time-management requirements.
XAT 2026 Exam Date and Exam Centres
XAT 2026, the national-level MBA entrance examination, will be conducted on January 04, 2026. The exam will be held across more than 100 cities in India.

XAT 2026 Exam Pattern
- The exam will be held in Computer-Based Test mode.
- The test will include Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning, Decision Making, Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation, and General Knowledge.
- The paper will include a separate Analytical Essay Writing task.
- The total duration will be two hundred ten minutes.
- Candidates must answer 101 objective-type questions and complete one essay.
- The exam medium will be English, with five answer choices per question.
Candidates are advised to verify all details carefully during the correction period. No changes will be permitted once the November 27, 9 AM deadline passes.
