West Bengal NEET PG 2025 Round 1 Choice Filling Begins – Key Dates

The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) has opened the Round 1 choice‐filling window for NEET PG 2025 admissions in West Bengal today, 21 November 2025, for eligible candidates who wish to secure MD/MS/PG-Diploma seats. Candidates must fill and lock their preferences via the official portal (wbmcc.nic.in) within the timeline.

NEET PG 2025 Eligibility & Seat Details

  • Candidates who have qualified the NEET PG 2025 exam conducted for MD/MS/PG-Diploma seats are eligible for this counselling.
  • This counselling is for State Quota seats (West Bengal) under WBMCC for the PG medical courses in West Bengal government/private colleges as per their seat-matrix.

 

West Bengal NEET PG 2025 Application & Choice-Filling Process

  1. Visit the official website: wbmcc.nic.in (WBMCC portal)
  2. Log in using your credentials (application number, password) once registration & fee payment is done.
  3. View the available seat matrix and your eligibility status.
  4. Enter and rank your preferred courses and colleges in order of choice.
  5. Lock your choices before the deadline (24 Nov 2025, approx. 2 pm) to confirm. Not locking may be treated as no choice.
  6. After the allotment, if you get a seat, you must report to the allotted institute within the reporting window.

Important Note: Candidates are advised to keep printed hard copies and digital copies of the filled choices and acknowledgement for future reference.

 

West Bengal NEET PG 2025 Additional Rules & Bond Policy

  • As per guidelines, candidates discontinuing their allotted PG course may incur a penalty or bond. (E.g., for State quota seats, some insured periodic service or bond may apply)
  • Ensure that you meet all document and eligibility norms before participating to avoid disqualification.
