West Bengal CHO Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc Nursing (Integrated BPCCHN) or GNM from a WBNC-recognized institute
- BAMS from a recognized university with registration from Paschim Banga Ayurved Parishad
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years as of April 1, 2025
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Bengali or local dialect
West Bengal CHO Selection Process
- Written Exam: 85% weightage
- Interview: 15% weightage
- Final Merit List: Based on combined scores
West Bengal CHO Salary & Incentives
- Basic Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Performance-Based Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month
