WBBSE Madhyamik Pariksha 2026 Registration Window Reopens

WBBSE opens Madhyamik Pariksha 2026 registration window with late fee for eligible Class 10 students. The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has allowed schools to complete pending registration and verification work within a special extended period. The last date to apply with late fee is 29 December 2025.

The board has stated that this decision has been taken in the interest of students who missed the earlier registration deadline. Schools must complete all data submission through the official WBBSE portal within the notified timeline.

WBBSE Madhyamik Pariksha 2026 Registration Window and Verification Details

WBBSE has opened an online registration window for schools to enroll eligible students for the Madhyamik Pariksha 2026. This facility is available for regular, continuing, and compartmental candidates who failed to complete their enrollment earlier through their respective schools.

The board has clarified that this is a special window and not a general extension. A late fee will be applicable for all students registering during this period. Schools are responsible for entering accurate student details and ensuring final submission before the deadline.

According to the official notice, the enrolment portal will remain accessible from 11:00 AM on 22 December 2025 until 6:00 PM on 29 December 2025. After the closure of the portal, no further registration requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

WBBSE Registration Correction Facility for Madhyamik 2026

Earlier, in September 2025, the West Bengal Board introduced a verification and correction facility for Madhyamik Pariksha 2026 candidates. This initiative allowed students to verify their registration details already recorded in the board’s system.

Students were permitted to request corrections in key fields such as name, date of birth, and subject choices before the final data lock. The board advised schools to carefully verify all information to avoid discrepancies in admit cards and mark sheets later.

This correction window was aimed at reducing errors and ensuring smooth conduct of the examination process.
