WB NEET UG 2025 Round 3 Registration Ends Today, Verification Ongoing

The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) will officially close the Round 3 registration and fee payment window for WB NEET UG Counselling 2025 today, October 29. The committee had earlier extended the registration period to accommodate more eligible candidates. According to the updated notification, the registration portal will remain active till 6 PM, while the fee payment window will be available till midnight. Candidates who have not yet completed their applications must ensure timely submission through the official WBMCC portal before the deadline.

 

Document Verification to Conclude on October 30

Following successful registration, the document verification process is currently underway and will continue until October 30, 2025. Candidates are required to report to their designated colleges within the given time slots, carrying all original certificates along with self-attested copies. WBMCC has instructed all participating institutions to complete verification on time to ensure the smooth publication of the verified candidates’ list.

 

Seat Surrender and Revised Schedule Details

As per the latest counselling update issued on October 25, students who wished to surrender their previously allotted seats were permitted to do so between October 24 and 25 through the official online portal. The revised counselling timeline outlines the following upcoming events:

Next Steps in WB NEET UG 2025 Counselling

Once the list of verified candidates and the updated seat matrix are released on October 31, the choice filling and locking process for Round 3 will begin. Based on the choices submitted, WBMCC will later announce the Round 3 seat allotment results, allowing candidates to download their allotment letters and report to the respective colleges within the specified timeframe. This ongoing phase marks one of the final opportunities for medical aspirants in West Bengal to secure a seat under the state quota counselling process before mop-up rounds commence.
