Those who qualified in the Mains have been provisionally shortlisted for the Interview/Personality Test, the final stage of the selection process. UPSC clarified that candidature remains provisional until eligibility verification is completed.

UPSC OTR Module Update Window

UPSC will provide a 15-day window after result declaration for shortlisted candidates to update their details in the One-Time Registration (OTR) Module. During this period, they must:

• Upload proof of passing the qualifying examination
• Update correspondence or postal address
• Record higher qualifications and achievements
• Provide employment details and service preferences

Important: Failure to upload the required proof within this time frame will lead to cancellation of candidature and disqualification from the Personality Test.
