UP Board 2026 Application Form Correction Details
The UPMSP has revised the application form correction dates for both High School (Class 10) and Intermediate (Class 12) students. Schools are required to verify and correct any mistakes in students’ details for the 2026 exams before the extended deadline.
Additionally, corrections for errors during the advance registration of Classes 9 and 11 for the 2025–26 academic session (applicable for 2027 exams) must be completed before November 5, 2025.

During the correction window, school principals must ensure that all student details are accurate. The following fields can be corrected:
- Student’s name
- Parent’s name
- Gender
- Caste
- Date of birth
- Subjects or class
- Photograph
- Serial number in registration
- Option to delete or restore student records if required
