UP NEET UG 2025 Round 3 Seat Allotment Schedule
The DME issued a revised schedule after multiple delays caused by court proceedings and changes in national counselling timelines. The new dates have been confirmed after the Supreme Court’s direction to exclude All India Quota (AIQ) candidates already admitted through MCC NEET UG counselling 2025.
Earlier, the round 3 results were expected on October 30, but the process was postponed following the apex court’s order. The state authority stated that the ongoing counselling will remain subject to the final orders of the Hon’ble High Court, Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, in Special Appeal No. 295/2025 (Uttar Pradesh State & Others vs. Sabra Ahmad).
Event | Date |

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) also advised state counselling authorities to remove candidates already allotted seats under AIQ Round 3 from their seat processing lists. The committee clarified that no resignation provision exists in this round and that the list of joined candidates will be shared with states after November 1, 2025.
The UP NEET UG admission process has witnessed multiple revisions due to court orders, addition of MBBS seats, and alignment with MCC counselling updates. Candidates are advised to regularly check upneet.gov.in for any further changes or notifications regarding the round 3 allotment results and admission procedures.
