The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh, has released the list of ineligible candidates under the UP NEET PG 2025 counselling process for MD, MS admissions across the state. A total of 148 candidates have been debarred from participating in the counselling for 50% state quota PG medical seats.
Reason for Ineligibility
The candidates listed as ineligible either:
- Did not report for admission, or
- Resigned from their allotted MD, MS seats during the stray vacancy and special stray vacancy rounds of the previous session.
Candidates seeking admission in MD, MS, Diploma, and DNB courses under the 50% state quota in Uttar Pradesh must meet all eligibility criteria to participate in the counselling.

Students participating in the counselling must carry the following documents:
- NEET PG 2025 Admit Card
- Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Voter ID)
- MBBS Degree Certificate / Provisional Certificate
- Recent Passport-size Photographs
- Class 10 and 12 Mark Sheets and Certificates
- Uttar Pradesh Domicile Certificate (for state quota seats)
- NEET PG 2025 Scorecard / Rank Card
- Category Certificate (SC, ST, OBC, EWS – if applicable)
- MBBS Mark Sheets for all years
- Seat Allotment Letter
- Compulsory Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate
