The National Testing Agency has reminded candidates to complete the UGC NET June 2026 fee payment process before the registration deadline on May 20, 2026. NTA stated that applications will be treated as complete only after successful fee payment and downloading of the confirmation page.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued an important reminder for candidates applying for the UGC NET June 2026 examination. Applicants have been advised to complete the application fee payment process and download the confirmation page within the prescribed deadline. According to the latest notification, applications will be considered successfully submitted only after payment confirmation is completed through the official website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

UGC NET June 2026 Fee Payment and Confirmation Page Details
NTA clarified that candidates must successfully complete the fee payment process to finalise their applications. Merely filling out the online application form will not be treated as successful submission. Before the application window closes, candidates should carefully follow the instructions below.

The agency stated that applications without successful fee payment will not be accepted for the examination process.
UGC NET June 2026 Correction Window Details
After the registration deadline closes, NTA will open the application correction facility from May 22 to May 24, 2026. During this period, candidates will be allowed to edit specific details submitted in the application form. The correction facility will remain available only for a limited duration through the official portal.
Candidates are advised to review all personal, academic, and category-related information carefully before final submission to avoid issues during the examination and document verification stages.
UGC NET June 2026 Exam Schedule and Admit Card Update
The UGC NET June 2026 examination is scheduled to be conducted between June 22 and June 30, 2026 in Computer Based Test mode across different examination centres in India.
