UGC NET December 2025 Correction Begins at Website Today

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the UGC NET December 2025 application correction window today, November 10, on its official website — ugcnet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who have successfully registered for the December session can now make necessary edits in their application forms before the correction deadline. The UGC NET 2025 registration process closed on November 7, 2025, at 11:50 PM. The December session exam will be conducted from December 31, 2025, to January 7, 2026, in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode across multiple shifts.
NTA UGC NET December 2025: Application Correction Begins
The application correction window has been activated from 10:00 AM today. Candidates can log in using their application number and password to access the correction facility. The last date to make corrections and pay any additional applicable fee will be announced soon by NTA. The UGC NET December session is conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates for Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) positions in Indian universities and colleges.

Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to correct their details in the UGC NET December 2025 application form:
- Visit the official website – ugcnet.nta.nic.in
- Click on the ‘Application Form Correction’ link on the homepage.
- Log in using the application number and password.
- Read the correction instructions carefully and check the ‘I Agree’ box.
- Click on ‘Proceed for Application Correction’.
- Make the required changes in the editable fields.
- Review all corrections and confirm them.
- Pay the additional fee, if required.
- Click on ‘Final Submit’ and download the revised confirmation page.

UGC NET 2025 Exam Pattern and Schedule
The UGC NET December 2025 exam will be held in two papers — Paper I (General) and Paper II (Subject-specific). The detailed subject-wise schedule and exam city information will be made available soon on the official portal. Both papers will be conducted on the same day without any breaks. The total duration will be three hours, and the exam will be entirely objective-type (MCQs).
